Juan founded Allfunds more than twenty‑five years ago and led the company through its transformation into the world’s leading fund distribution platform. Driven by a clear vision, deep commitment, and enduring excitement for what lay ahead, his inspirational leadership was instrumental in making Allfunds a global champion in the wealth management industry.

Generous by nature, Juan gave his time freely, mentoring others and creating opportunities for people to grow and succeed. His passion and generosity extended beyond the business: the culture of philanthropy at Allfunds began with him. He supported the company’s charitable efforts wholeheartedly and worked to grow them year after year, an area that genuinely excited him and one of which he was deeply proud.
